Overview of Property Management
Services Provided to Eastview


  • Collect association fees, special assessments and any other fees
  • Maintain records for assessments, payments, liens, and penalties for each unit in Eastview
  • Provide financial reports, and long- and short-term budget projections
  • Prepare and file Eastview tax returns
  • Reconcile all bank records with the accounting system
  • Send statements and notices and assess late fees as necessary


  • Maintain a list of homeowners, emergency contacts, rentals and reserved parking
  • Attend scheduled board meetings and the annual meeting
  • Distribute meeting minutes and newsletters to homeowners
  • Enforce Eastview By-Laws and Rules
  • File insurance claims with Eastview master insurance
  • Store Eastview files and records
  • Store keys to individual units, if requested


  • Receive repair requests from homeowners
  • Schedule and supervise repairs
  • Provide active and completed repair list for Board
  • Provide 24/7 emergency service (eg. broken water pipe)
  • Maintain proof of liability coverage insurance for contractors

Supervise work projects

  • Help solicit competitive bids for Eastview subcontracts
  • Coordinate inspections and maintain records by unit for:
    • Chimney inspections and cleaning
    • Dryer vent inspections and cleaning
    • Combustible fuel heating sources (i.e. furnace-monitor-fireplace inserts)inspections and cleanings
    • 10-year water heater replacements.
  • Annual gutter repair and cleaning
  • Coordinate landscaping and snow plowing
